10 deals signed at Meeting of Entrepreneurs between the China and Portuguese-speaking Countries

Ten deals, five involving Macao companies, were signed at the Meeting of Entrepreneurs for Economic and Commercial Cooperation between the China and Portuguese-speaking Countries held in Cape Verde last weekend.

The 10 agreements or memorandums of understanding involve trade in coffee, healthcare, construction and building materials the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) said.

The three-day meeting attracted more than 400 entrepreneurs and government officials from the Portuguese-speaking Countries, Mainland China and Macao.

IPIM arranged a delegation of about 60 people to attend.

Expanding trade and services between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries, economic opportunities in cooperation with China and Portuguese-speaking Countries were this year’s themes.
