The Angolan Foreign Ministry says Chinese President Xi Jinping and Angolan President João Lourenço are scheduled to meet for bilateral talks in Beijing on Sunday, Angop reports.
The Angolan news agency says the presidents will meet in advance of the Sino-African summit meeting, which takes place in Beijing on Monday and Tuesday.
The report says Mr Lourenço’s party in Beijing includes Angolan Foreign Minister Manuel Augusto.
While in China, the Angolan party will also attend a conference of Chinese and African businesspeople, Angop says.
