Products from Portuguese-speaking world on show in Hangzhou

An event in the eastern Chinese city of Zhejiang intended to promote the products of the Portuguese-speaking Countries attracted representatives of over 20 companies in Macao and elsewhere in the Portuguese-speaking world, the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) has announced.

IPIM issued a written statement saying the event, held between September 28 and October 1, was meant to stoke demand in Mainland China for products from the Portuguese-speaking Countries.

The institute says the reaction of Hangzhou people and company buyers was positive.

IPIM officials took the opportunity to invite businesspeople attending the event to visit Macau this month for the Portuguese Language Countries Products and Services Exhibition – Macau 2017.
