China and Angola can help each other transform their respective economies, Chinese Ambassador to Angola Cui Aimin says in an interview published by Angolan newspaper Expansão.
The article says Angola has a large market with the potential to attract Chinese investors.
China and Angola are already co-operating in customary areas such as infrastructure, energy and water supply, Mr Cui says.
“More and more Chinese businessmen are now actively exploring new areas such as agriculture, animal husbandry, fishing, processing and manufacturing, and have achieved results,” he says.
The ambassador expresses hope in the article that the government of Angola will offer foreigners inducements to invest, and make investing there simpler.
