Tivoli Hotels & Resorts of Portugal has announced that it will open its first hotel in East Asia in the southwestern Chinese city of Chengdu, Hozpitality Plus reports.
The Dubai website quotes a written statement issued by Tivoli Hotels as saying the hotel will open in the Chengdu International Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Park in the west of the city in the fourth quarter of this year.
The report says the hotel will contain about 400 rooms, suites or serviced apartments.
Tivoli Hotels is establishing the hotel in partnership with Chengdu Qingyang Urban and Rural Construction Development Co. Ltd, Hozpitality Plus says.
