Portuguese Secretary of State of Portuguese Communities Abroad José Luís Carneiro will visit Macao next month to attend the opening ceremony of the inaugural meeting of the Regional Council of Portuguese Communities in Asia and Oceania, Radio Macau reports.
The radio station quotes Regional Council President Rita Santos who has met Consul-General of Portugal in Macau and Hong Kong Vítor Sereno to prepare for the meeting.
Ms Santos was quoted as saying the council meeting will take place at the end of March, on a date yet to be decided.
