Macao to hold intl infrastructure investment forum

The Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute has announced that the two-day 9th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (IIICF) will begin in Macao on June 7.

Portuguese news agency Lusa says the IIICF this year will bring together politicians, academics and representatives of infrastructure and construction companies in 43 parts of the world, including the Portuguese-speaking Countries.

The programme includes a seminar on co-operation on infrastructure by China and the Portuguese-speaking Countries, and sessions on new drivers of development, on Belt and Road Initiative integration and on social capital investment.

The title of the theme of the forum is New Growth Drivers for Better Infrastructure and Closer Connectivity.
