Chinese and Cape Verdean businesspeople and officials will discuss Sino-Cape Verdean trade and other economic relations in a forum this month, Inforpress reports.
The Cape Verdean news agency says the Cape Verde-China Friendship Association and the Barlavento Chamber of Commerce will hold the forum in Mindelo on the Cape Verdean island of São Vicente on February 23.
The report says the forum is meant for representatives of the private and public sectors, including academics.
Chinese Ambassador to Cape Verde Du Xiaocong is expected to attend, Inforpress says.
