Angolan Foreign Minister Manuel Augusto has said his country and China have agreed to put back to the end of this month negotiations about a new framework for financial co-operation, Jornal de Angola reports.
The Angolan newspaper quotes Mr Augusto as saying agreement on the framework may still be reached this year.
Mr Augusto is among the official party accompanying Angolan President João Lourenço at the Sino-African summit meeting in Beijing.
The foreign minister said representatives of China and Angola would probably sign during the summit an agreement to build a vocational training centre in the Angolan province of Huambo.
Angola is asking China for €11 billion (US$12.8 billion) in credit for several projects, including a new international airport in Luanda, Jornal de Angola says.
