Chinese real estate company plans to launch a new real estate project in Angola

The real estate company Broima Investimentos, a subsidiary of Chinese Company Haishan Group, plans to invest nearly US$400 million in the construction of 346 three- and four-bedroom apartments in Luanda, Angola.

The new real estate project is named “Orlando Residencial” and the construction is expected to begin in May, according to the General Manager of Broima.

The project will be built in phases, with 80 apartments expected to be built in the first phase, over a period of eight months. Some clients have already guaranteed payment and over 30 apartments of the “Orlando Residencial” have been sold so far.

Haishan group has been operating in Angola for 16 years and has invested in several areas, notably in the real estate. Among the real estate projects it has developed, the condominiums of “Jardim de Rosas”, “Austin Residencial” and “Vila Kuditemo” in Luanda stand out.
