Lisbon prepares to host first Economic Forum Portugal-China

The first edition of Economic Forum Portugal-China will be held this week in Lisbon, Jornal Tribuna de Macau reports.

Delegations from Shanghai and the provinces of Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong and Liaoning will take part in the forum to be held on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The event was aimed at “strengthening trade and business relations between Portugal and China,” event co-organiser Alberto Carvalho Neto, the president of the Portugal-China Young Entrepreneurs Association, was quoted as saying.

The programme includes a trade and investment fair, networking opportunities, business conferences and seminars.
