Minister promises no curbs on Sino-Brazilian trade

Brazilian Economy Minister Paulo Guedes has said there will be no effort to rein in Sino-Brazilian trade while Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, is in office, Folha de S. Paulo reports.

The Brazilian newspaper says Mr Guedes was speaking saying in Washington, where is accompanying Mr Bolsonaro on a visit to the United States.

Brazilian Agriculture Minister Tereza Cristina will visit China in May to persuade her hosts to import beef, pork and chicken from a greater variety of Brazilian sources, Folha de S. Paulo says.
