Representatives of Guangdong-Macao Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Industrial Park Development Co. Ltd. have visited Mozambique with a view to increasing co-operation between the Mainland and Mozambique in various areas, the company said.
A written statement issued by Guangdong-Macao Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Industrial Park Development says its representatives had meetings with
officials of the Mozambican Ministry of Health and the Chinese Embassy in Maputo. They also visited Mozambican hospitals.
The company and Mozambican officials agreed that classes in Chinese traditional medicine should be held in held in Mozambique in May and July this year. The first such classes were held last year.
Guangdong-Macao Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Industrial Park Development also began the process of registering some Chinese traditional medicines in Mozambique with a view to commencing retail sales.
