The official website for the “One Belt, One Road” initiative was launched on Tuesday, the state-run news agency Xinhua reports.
The website, www.yidaiyilu.gov.cn, offers details on investment policies and the enterprises involved in the initiative. The information is currently provided in Chinese and English, with versions in Arabic, French, Russian and Spanish planned to roll out later this year.
The “One Belt, One Road” initiative was proposed by President Xi Jinping in 2013. The infrastructure development programme aims to better connect the economies and people of Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
