The results of a survey by parcel delivery company DPD indicate that Chinese websites are where Portuguese do the greater part of their online shopping, an executive of a DPD subsidiary says.
The subsidiary is express delivery firm Chronopost. Chronopost President Olivier Establet issued a written statement saying the survey found 54 percent of Portuguese online shoppers bought goods from a Chinese website in the first half of this year.
The survey also found that about 60 percent of online shoppers think Chinese websites offer better deals, the statement says.
