Portugal’s Secretary of State of Tourism, Ana Mendes Godinho, starts a tourism promotion visit to Mainland China on Sunday, reports Publituris.
The Portuguese tourism industry website says the delegation hopes to be able to introduce Portugal to Chinese investors “as a privileged destination to visit, but also to invest, live in, study and film”.
Ms Godinho will meet investors and tourism operators in Beijing, and open a visa-issuing centre in Hangzhou. She has scheduled meetings with film producers to promote Portugal as destination for filmmaking.
